Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to the website. We value the rights of intellectual property holders and expect the same treatment for our rights. According to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, copyright owners can submit a notice to us if they believe their rights have been infringed. As an internet service provider, we are protected by the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions against claims of infringement. To submit an infringement claim, you need to provide the following information:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work being infringed;
- Details of the infringing material and its location;
- Contact information of the complaining party;
- A statement asserting the unauthorized use of material;
- A statement asserting the accuracy of the information provided.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties can be imposed for misrepresenting information in an infringement notification. Takedown notices should be sent through the Contact page via email for quick response.
Be aware that we may share your information with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you agree to this communication of information.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If your material has been removed due to an infringement claim, you can provide a counter notification to have it restored. The notification must include:
- Your signature.
- Description of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement affirming good faith belief regarding the removal.
- Your contact information and consent to legal jurisdiction.
Submit your counter notice through the Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We enforce a strict policy against copyright infringement and track repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated as per the DMCA requirements.
Modifications
We retain the right to update this policy on handling DMCA claims. We recommend checking back regularly for any revisions.
